Returns

We hope you love the pieces you've chosen. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

To start a return, please email hello@findclovers.com with your order number and name. We’ll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label. A $10 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility

Full-price items are eligible for return. 
Sale items, baby accessories, handmade pieces, hair accessories are final sale. 
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).

All returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

Timing

Returns must be requested within 14 days of shipment.
Once your return label is issued, items must be postmarked within 7 days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10–15 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist you promptly.

If a package is returned to sender, items will be restocked and refunded once received at our warehouse, minus the original shipping fee. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages returned to sender.
